   Liability

TZM  provides their Internet services under the following Terms of use:

1. As a service provider according to Art. 8, Para.1 of the German Tele-Services Act (TDG), TZM is only responsible for their own contents, which they provide for use, subject to the general conditions. The liability for all kind of material or ideal claims, which might arise from the use of these contents, is excluded, except for deliberate acts or gross negligence.
    
2. As far as contents have been created by third parties, the respective authors shall be named. In such cases, the authors of the respective documents or their clients are fully responsible for the contents.
    
3. According to Art. 8, Para. 2 of the German Tele-Services Act (TDG), TZM is not obliged to supervise the external information, which they transmit or save, nor are they obliged to inquire circumstances, which might refer to an illegal activity.
    
4. TZM does explicitly not adopt contents of external websites, which are made available within their services through hyperlinks, and therefore, they do not warrant for the correctness, the completeness and the availability of such contents of linked websites.
    

   Registration of Accesses

All accesses to our server are registered. Date, computer addresses and the read documents are saved. This data is possibly analysed for statistic purposes and might be published anonymously.
